Psych Med Management, LLC is run by Therese L. Jaeckle. She has over 30 years experience as a nurse practitioner and has been in private practice since 2007. In addition to being certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, she is also a family nurse practitioner.

practitioner, she is also a family nurse practitioner. Dr. Nudi is a full-time Professor of Nursing at
Herzing University College of Nursing. Dr. Anne Nudi is available now for in-person and telehealth visits.

Dr. Susan Selthofner
Dr. Susan Selthofner, DNP, APNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner working with child/adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients struggling with all mental health and substance use/addiction disorders. Dr. Susan will take the time to listen and assist you in making a plan involving psychotherapy, medication, or both. She worked for 26 years as a nurse providing direct care in emergency, critical care, women’s health, and psychiatry before becoming a board-certified practitioner, and is committed to providing patient and family centered care.

Lisa Jablonowski
Lisa Jablonowski is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of experience in psychiatric, emergency, women’s health, neonatal and newborn intensive care settings. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, insomnia, perinatal mental health and loss, or simply feeling “off.” Lisa works collaboratively with patients of all ages to help restore balance and support mental wellness across the lifespan. She encourages meaningful connection, communication, and progress, without unnecessary complexity. Her approach centers on treating every individual with respect, honoring their unique journey and goals. Lisa is currently accepting new patients of any age, and offers prompt in-person or telehealth appointments.
